Roulety is a free online spinner wheel tool that allows users to create customizable wheels for random selection purposes. The Service includes features such as custom entries, templates, spin history, sound effects, and visual customization options.

Roulety uses the Web Crypto API to generate random results. While we strive to provide genuinely random and fair outcomes, we make no guarantees regarding the statistical distribution of results over any given number of spins. The Service is provided for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes and should not be relied upon for high-stakes decisions, legal proceedings, or financial outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Roulety and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our explicit written permission.
6. User Content
Any content you create using the Service (wheel entries, configurations, etc.) is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership over any content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you add to your wheels.
7. Advertisements
The Service may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. These advertisements help us keep the Service free for all users. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
